Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your LUNÉA piece as much as we loved creating it.
If your order is not quite right, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Remain in perfect resale condition
• Have the original security band fully attached and intact

All garments are fitted with a security band to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.

Items returned with a removed, damaged, or altered security band cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Trying On Your Garment

Silk sleepwear is delicate in nature.
We kindly ask that garments are tried on carefully and without contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products that may leave marks or scent.

Returns showing signs of wear, staining, fragrance, or damage may be refused.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for an alternative size or style, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty.
